A lively day.
For the first time in ages I took my Fireball dinghy for a bimble out on the water.

Ok , Im allowed to have other interests aren't I ?
(named L.A.R.A.T.Y.G. , becuse it amuses me, but if people ask I say it stands for "Lifes a reach & then you Gybe".)

To keep it short.
Strong winds .
Had a bit of a woohoo ! moment.
Broke rudder.
Lost crew over board & recovered reasonably alive (sans rudder).
Totally knackered.
All ended well.
Good fun.

All that was missing was the Dianna Rigg cat suit.
